Preparation Before your First visit

Welcome to our clinic.  You have been referred by your primary care practitioner and have a scheduled appointment! Your referral is good for 6 months from your first visit and if needed can be extended.

Call us 1 week in advance to confirm your appointment
For your visit remember:
  • Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled and given to someone on the cancellation list.
  • Come 15 minutes early as we may want to run other tests in advance of your visit.
  • Bring all your medications including vitamins & supplements.

What to expect

We provide services in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.

Can’t make your appointment?  Please cancel 24 hours in advance. 

Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged a fee based on the type of appointment missed.  You can find our schedule of fees: Linked Here.

The Clinic is in the Tudor styled home off Ware Street.  You can park out front with overflow parking the next driveway over at Mill Lake.

Some of medications and supplements may also interfere with tests or even each other.  It is important that our specialists understand your full picture to be able to provide your with effective and safe care tailored to your individual needs.

We follow the COVID protocol in our office.  If you have COVID symptoms or feel abnormally unwell, please call us.  We will help you decide if coming in for your appointment is best or if your appointment can be moved to a phone or video call.
